We all know how drying and dehydrating the winter months can be to our skin: the peeling, flaking, and dullness. But what can we do about it? Giving our skin a little TLC during these months and praying for spring is about the lot. So, we’ve decided to make that “TLC” moment a little easier on you by giving you an amazing recipe/how-to on feeding your skin with some much needed moisture and hydration.
Soothing Face Milk**
Place a 1/2 cup of oats into a washcloth and fasten closed with a rubber band. Fill bathroom sink* with hot water and soak the washcloth for 5 minutes. Squeeze washcloth several times to release oat milk and apply to your face as a compress. As water cools, splash oat water onto your face for soft, silky skin.
