This amazing oil has been found to also have good amounts of Vitamin E, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, Potassium, Copper, Vitamin A & C, and Niacin. That is an entire list of ingredients that will help keep you healthy! What a great time of year to utilize this oil . . . cold and flu season!
Oregano Oil can be applied topically or ingested (either in a capsule or in water) as long as it’s a food grade essential oil. I love to apply it to the bottoms of my feet and over the area(s) of concern. The property of Oregano Oil can be quite strong, so it is recommended that you dilute with a carrier oil (coconut oil, olive oil, etc).
You’ll soon find out how healthy you’ll become by incorporating this oil into your daily routine.
