Spa Etiquette

• Please arrive for your appointment 5-10 minutes early to allow time for paperwork.
• When you arrive at the spa, please turn off or silence your cell phone.
• We require a 24 hour cancellation.
• As of January 1st, 2008 Candessa Aesthetics has implemented a new Cancellation Policy. If you must cancel, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. A credit card is required to hold reservations.
• Gratuities are not included in the price of treatment.
