Driving Directions
From the North:
I-15 to 500 South exit in Bountiful. Head east on 500 South to Main Street. Turn Right on Main Street (heading south). Make your way to 1500 south where you'll arrive at a Round-A-Bout . Go straight through and you'll see the 5 story medical building on the right hand side. Park on the east side of the building where you'll see the parking structure. Our office is on the 3rd floor in suite 360.
From the South:
North on I-15 to Exit 315. Turn east (right) onto 2600 South. Continue east to US-89. Turn north (left) onto US-89. Continue north to 1500 south. Turn east (right) onto 1500 south. Continue east until you come to a five-point intersection. Turn sharply south onto the first street toward your right. Turn right into the parking lot of The Renaissance Towne Center. You will enter the building on the second floor and go up one floor to the third floor. We are in Suite 360.
